Elevar Career Caching was founded by Pan Perera after he moved to Australia and struggled to find a full-time job despite his experience and network. After 516 rejections, he decided to change his perspective and figure out what went wrong. This resulted in him learning powerful strategies that can be applied through LinkedIn and Emails that worked, landing him one successful job after another in multiple global organisations. He now helps fresh graduates and skilled migrants land their dream job without prior experience and connections.

Pain Points

Turnaround time - Pan needed his website up in 10 days or less, in time to launch at a career fair.
Working with a website builder - he had already purchased a theme from Webflow and needed guidance from a design and development perspective on creative suggestions to move away from the template look and feel without breaking the theme.
No CRM system - Pan needed a way to build his CRM up, fast.
Budget - being a start up, Pan had a tight budget to get his website done and was seeking a digital agency who wouldn’t overcharge him.

Project Objectives

On-time delivery - Pan brought the copy, our job was to design, develop and deliver a quality website in time (and we did).
Work with Webflow - this was a first for our team, so we had a pretty steep learning curve to climb in order to upgrade the design and functionality of his website.
Hubspot CRM integration - so that Pan could start capturing and storing his leads in a client database.
Affordability - a tight budget does not stop us! We worked with Pan to prioritise his requirements and create a realistic timeline to deliver the most high-value, high-impact website in time to launch.

The design elements had to align with the template that was already chosen, therefore certain graphics such as the banner images and section images were custom-built. The home page hero, being the centerpiece, had to bring out Pan’s USP and attempt to personalize the brand for its users with specific callouts included in the graphic

Our founder, Minul, took the lead on development here, working closely with Pan to listen to his requirements, advise on the best approach, and then deliver as promised.

The development took about __ hours as Pan had already bought a template, so all we had to do was develop the blocks, add in the content and integrate Hubspot to help him set up free meetings with people that need help with their job search.

Strategy & Planning

Pan already had an idea of what he wanted, so gathering requirements was a breeze. We held a Requirements Gathering Workshop to plan and prioritise his high-value must-haves. This process helped us build a great working relationship - as the subject matter expert, Pan supplied us with his website content, and we provided our strategic guidance and technical expertise on the best approach to build his website on-time and on-brand.

Since we already had a template in place, we put our time to better use designing a custom graphic for the website hero section (top of the home page).
